(23,691 posts)All I have to say is "Tuna", her eyes go wide, she looks at me with anticipation and then she walks over to her dish and cries until I deliver the tuna.
Pretty sure she doesn't know her real name. In the course of a single day she will be called by a variety of names; Sweetie, Sweetie Pie, Pumpkin, Baby, Hey you, Spunky. Her real name is Baby Girl.

(9,497 posts)and was rolling. Yeah, cats know their names, but they may or may not respond. I just found it so funny, because we know how smart cats are, they just decide whether to engage and interact when they feel like it.
