It's called "I don't work here lady" (or #IDontWorkHereLady). It's about people in stores who are mistaken for employees by obnoxious idiots who are often called Karen with I-want-to-see-your-manager haircuts). The stories are taken from reddit.

It's really more interesting than it sounds.
