couldn't answer 37 of Mueller's written questions because he "couldn't remember", or "couldn't recall" the answers. Think about that for just a moment. 37 FREAKING TIMES!

I think he has a photosensitive (as opposed to photographic) memory. Any light that shines on his bullshit completely destroys it.
