Ummmm. Nope. You can’t use the ‘some of my best friends are xxx’ argument - not gonna fly when your company gives Cliven Bundy a platform. #BoycottBC @rareseeds https://t.co/Fs8OPkTwiO

Bundy lives in Bunkerville Nevada along the Virgin River. Oh,that area has more than 140 days of Temps above a 100 degrees. Yah,that ain't going to cut it for Tomatoes on some to the Earth's worst soil. By the fourth of July, you are all done, simply due to the heat.

Even with shade cloth,we were able to make our plants last at best a week longer.

The Sun always wins.

do not remember the source for our Tomato Seeds. Our Daughter orders them and when we get to her house,we pick up the seeds,so no Mato's this year. Next year we will try again. She orders the seeds from a source in Minnesota.

Usually start our plants at Xmas time for setting out in first part of March, and by July the heat boils the heck out of the plants even with shade cloth.
