lots and lots of dragonflies......aren't they good luck??? Oooops, let me check google. found this info exciting. 2. I don't know if any one else except my grandmother said this.

I believe that my Mother learned the from her Mother. Mom told me when I was very very young that a dragon fly could sew your mouth closed.
I agree it's a horrible thing to tell a child, but I guess that is what I remember. Now I know that the dragon flies are attracted by milk weed. That explains a lot!!

4. They're wonderful.

They are as curious about us as we are of them. I watch them carefully, and often notice them looking me over from many angles.

I always feel lucky when I see them.

I had a pair of bright coral pants and went to the swamp to sit and read. The next thing I knew there were dozens flying around me, landing on my britches.
