So, I stopped at a yard sale this morning ....

I parked on the street behind a little late model blue car with Texas plates that had several bumper stickers on the back .... "Proud Democrat", "Resist", "Mueller, You're Our Only Hope," etc.

I walked back to my car with the two older ladies who were driving it, and I told them I admired their bumper stickers. I asked if they were up here visiting relatives, and indeed they were.

"Oh yeah," said one, and we all smiled, knowing what was on each others' minds. "Look here," she said, pointing at some long scratches in the blue paint on her drivers' side door. "I got these at a hotel that we stayed at overnight on our way up here."

"That's why I don't put any bumper stickers on my car, unfortunately," I said. "Yep, they're brutal," the woman replied. We all sighed, and I wished them a good day.

that make me angry, but I would never ever think to damage that person's car.

Might borrow some dog doo-doo from my daughter’s yard and deface them. Just a thoughts

7. Hope you're only kidding. In most states it could be a misdemeanor or felony to deface or remove

political signs. Living in a red state I appreciate your feelings, but not worth a run in with the police.

that's one benefit of being in STLMO. I'd suspect that if there was, it would be defaced/gone pretty quickly, although they do have a law making such acts illegal (which I agree with, we all do have the right to our opinions).

15. Back in the Shrub days I had a lot of stickers

Parked once to go biking. When I got back, half the stickers had been ripped off, and there was a big pile of gravel on my hood.

That was just the Shrub, so I can't imagine what it would be like now!

I'm a little ashamed of that, but I just didn't want to take the flak.
