Here's how he translated the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak. "The liquor is good, but the meat is bad." You can test a translation by translating back to the original.

I can’t remember what movie I saw that in but I’m pretty sure it was Brian Doyle-Murray leading a town hall or some sort of fraternal organization meeting.
