1. Fun fact, the ending is unscripted

It was supposed to have an unequivocal happy ending, but Mike Nichols let the camera run an extra few seconds, which gave us the quizzical stare at the camera that suggests they were thinking “okay, we made this grand romantic gesture..now what?”

i just have to share this-
i just turned 65, divorced 5 years. have been seeing a guy off and on. he is 56. he has more than a couple strikes against him, but he recently told me this-
i never really got the movie the graduate. i thought mrs robinson was the sexy one.

also, he loves my silver hair. it is very short, no one in their right mind would find it sexy. 'cept this guy.
