The DU Lounge
Related: Culture Forums, Support ForumsI just ate some peppers so hot they made me sweat some of my hair out!
My scalp got soaking wet and beads of sweat dripped off my nose.
I looked like I just got out of the pool. I washed up in the bathroom looking in the mirror to see if my tongue was still there.
I'm better now, I think I'm going to make it.

(153,160 posts)I went to go ask a coworker a question but he was sitting at his desk white as a sheet and sweating profusely. WHAT'S WRONG? I asked and he held up a bag of jalapenos. I told him I'd come back later.

(25,816 posts)I love hot stuff but it makes me sweat profusely. At home I will sit with
a paper towel on my head--I could wring it out--Jeannie thinks it's hilarious.

(33,643 posts)Ghost Pepper flavored-things like salsa's & hot sauces ... I don't find them pleasant. They have a very musty/mildew-like flavor to me. Not a fan.
Habaneros OTOH I like things flavored with them for sure.
My favorite store-bought salsa in the world is Mrs. Renfro's Mango Habanero ... stuff is the BOMB (for mass-produced store-bought stuff I mean).

They are scary hot.
