... Paul thought very seriously in the early '60s about taking the stage name Paul James. Seems the papers were always misspelling his name, and anyway, everybody had a stage name in those days. But he decided to stick with McCartney, which IMO scans much better with Lennon than James, anyway.

However, I have no idea what a maaca head is.
