I think someone is lying here. Seven minutes underwater?

I was wondering what was up with Vin Diesel and learned he plays a role in Avatar 2 and 3. These sequels take place on Pandora in an underwater environment. It says that Kate Winslet was also in the movie and she learned to hold her breath for seven minutes. Not believing it.

"In fact, it was revealed that Winslet went to extreme lengths to pull off her new role: she learnt to hold her breath underwater for a staggering seven minutes."
