my kids taught me that the moralistic framework i was raised w was stupid, and that open relationships can work. polyamory and all that.

i had a sister that was only 18 month younger than me. oh the triangles we made over the years.
i am totally wary of human triangles.

but ya know, in math and physics it is different. 3 points define a plane. 3 points is all you need on a table or a chair.
i used to do ceramic art. it was always a hard sell to the other students that the most stable way to stack a kiln is w 3 supports to a shelf and not 4.
this idea was only adopted in practice because there were never enough matching stilts to go around.
the forces of physics in a kiln at 2000º is something to behold.
