ran down to the airport and barricaded the jetways (who knew airport security had tasers? )

Welcome to California! Spend lots of money!

doesn't pay to land early, the airport always act surprised like it never happened before and they can't figure out where is a gate

Quite some time ago now, I flew to Sydney Australia. The plane landed, taxied up to the gate and we sat there. Someone finally made the announcement that there wasn't anyone there to open the doors. So we waited some more. Finally, a couple of people opened up, and started walking down the aisles spraying insecticide all over us before we were allowed to get off the plane. Now wasn't that special?

And allz I can tell you is that you're lucky it was sunny today. When there's rain or fog the delays can be up to 2 hours

So 20 mins for a gatehold? We call that an early arrival.

SFO turns into the aviation equivalent of a parking lot at the first hint of clouds or drizzle.

first successful landing!

Took a earlier flight to Boston once, landed at or near the same time as the flight I was scheduled for. Due to delays at Logan.

Flew out of Green Bay and we got to MSP 20 minutes early, only to sit on the tarmac for 15 minutes... It was a three hour layover, too. I had a decent burger at an Irish themed bar and grill along with a black and tan tat cost more than my sandwich...
