I wonder if this is one of the young hatched there. Kind of looked like it was reminiscing about the practice hops before taking flight for the first time. I'm sure they have good memory, they return to the same nest to have their young, for one. They seem to remember people too. I watched about a dozen nests in my area for over a decade and once in a while one of the birds would take to following me around, meeting up with me in a specific place every time we met. It was pretty cool and went on, with one particular bird, for several years. I never fed it or did anything other than sit quietly with it in a tree less than twenty feet away, sometimes I'd talk to it. Others I would see once a year when they came back from their winter digs.

This is excellent video! I'm almost jealous but I'm not because we all get to see it.
