Thinking about dropping Xfinity and getting an antenna. Anyone using a DVR to record OTA programs?

I record a lot to watch later. I know there are a number of DVR's out there to record. Tivo, Amazon, Tablo to name a few. ANyone have any experience, or can offer any advice?. Is it reliable, easy to use, complicated to set up? Anything you can share will be greatly appreciated.

Also any recommendations for an OTA antenna?

Thanks DU'ers as always.

I know little about them, but I am glad you asked about this. I may be adding a roof top antenna soon (so I can get PBS) and the Tablo they talk about in the article looks intriguing.

They also have runner up DVRs so be sure to get through the new Tablo sections.
