... "traffic lights are advisory at best". It proved to be true. They've also got about 35 different combinations of lights/flashes and nobody knows what the hell they mean. What does a flashing red with a solid green or yellow mean?

Oh, and PA has a "no texting" law now but nobody pays any attention to it.
