A cool law in a state with so MANY idiotic laws and legislators is our "Stupid Motorist Law".

... "traffic lights are advisory at best". It proved to be true. They've also got about 35 different combinations of lights/flashes and nobody knows what the hell they mean. What does a flashing red with a solid green or yellow mean?
Oh, and PA has a "no texting" law now but nobody pays any attention to it.
