40th Anniversary Today

Last edited Sun Mar 15, 2020, 08:13 AM - Edit history (1)

Ides of March, 1980 at 1 pm. We met at 11:30pm on June 2nd, 1978. Knew in 5 minutes she was the one.
Yep, Mrs. GAC was willing to put up with the likes of me for 40 years. Incredible, ain't it?
Late Edit: we're not going to that really nice restaurant that was in our plans. Just being cautious. But, it is a bummer.

I get extra points too, as I'm the one who remembered the exact time & date we met.
On that topic, do guys really forget their wedding anniversary? Or is that just sitcom fodder?

But, it'll eventually calm down like it has, at least somewhat, in most of China. Fingers crossed we won't be celebrating it in December!

For around 20 years, I only celebrate prime number birthdays.
You spying on me, Lib? LOL!!!
In one's 60s, there are only 2 prime numbers, so I have 4 years to wait! The 40s were better, because there are 3. But, most decades, except for the first 2 have only 2 or 3.
Anniversaries are different because it isn't just about me. So, it's birthdays only.
