A pick me up!!

I wish I knew how they did this. It's notoriously impossible to sing together in a Zoom session. Can anyone tell me?

1. Two possibilities ...

1) They have really kickass internet in Rotterdam, or
2) It only looks like everyone's playing at the same time, but they actually play their music part separately on top of the same guiding track ... then the sound of each person and their video's are spliced together after.

It is very nice in any case ...
