... it was ok for this person to touch every electronic device in the store? Telling her to stop obviously wasn't working.

... but they didn't. It's patently obvious this person wasn't looking at them and touching them with a purchase in mind. But by all means, let's all "mind our own business." Have a nice day.

At the time of corona virus. Stores put things out for people who want to buy them. This woman is clearly not buying any of the computers, but for whatever reason she is touching them. I don't know if she has OCD or what exactly her problem is.
If this store has security they should have escorted her out.
