What do I do with it?

It's currently running YouTube.

...it can run on batteries for like 8 hours or so (until the batteries get tired out over the years).

It's also about what it 'can't' do, which is easily get infected with viruses.

If you don't have a reason to want a portable computer, it's not much good, unless you also needed a computer for about $200 new (or less).
