7. I'd think that is someone who lives where there are a LOT of roundabouts!

My husband did that maneuver a number of times while we were in the UK. Difference was, there were roundabouts at most intersections, so we just drove around the roundabout instead of a U-turn or that maneuver. MUCH safer!
