6. Arnold lacked the experience required to be an effective Governor...

... and he was clueless about many important issues. But I don't think Arnold is stupid, stubborn, venal, and mean as so many Republicans are -- the prime example being Donald Trump.

That election of Arnold was a clusterfuck and it was all about covering up the dirty deeds of Exxon, etc., who literally stole billions of dollars from the people of California while corrupt and inept politicians and regulators looked the other way.

We're still suffering the aftershocks of that and thousands of people have died because of it, most notably of collapsing infrastructure. Utilities such as PG&E were looted and entire neighborhoods and cities have burned because of it.
