Of all the fabulous, famous musicians I have had the honor to perform with he is the one that sticks in my mind the most. He looked at all of us, individually in the eye while playing. We all commented about how personal the performance felt. He was kind and amazing and that second movement brought tears to many of us when we played it.

So many experiences over the 30+ years of playing but this one with him will stay with me forever.
