is huge next to the bricks and the tables legs do not touch the ground.

The table is resting on the top of the railing with the legs coming down both sides.
As far as the squirrel being larger than the bricks, it all in the perspective. It's a close up of the squirrel while the brick wall is a distance away. You can tell the wall is further away because you can see the ground between the porch barrier and the brick wall.
