(81,467 posts)3. Yes. I've ordered stuff from there. Only once was I disappointed.
But every other experience involved someone who was pleasant, very courteous, easy to deal with. Transactions were simple, straightforward, and satisfying.
When I had the rare it didnt work out experience, the vendor was courteous and cooperative. Returns and refunds have occurred without fail.
Ive never sold anything on Etsy but its fun browsing and shopping, and its a good place to get hand-crafted items and one-of-a-kind gifts.

It used to be only handcrafts, but the last thing I bought was a vintage coffee mug rack, not handmade.
Tagging and identifying what you sell will be important as anyone like me looking for something will be using the search.
