I loooove potatoes!

Breakfast potatoes sauteed in olive oil, with onion, garlic & green / orange / red peppers (or any of them!). Super yummy! Just had some with an omelette.
On Edit: added olive oil. 👍

For the breakfast potatoes, I make a huge frying pan full & have plenty for 2 days. As with most foods, they are even tastier the next day, since the flavors blend.

It's hard to prepare a potato dish that isn't delicious. Having said that, I'm not wild about potato salad.

and she could make polk salad and rhubarb delicious. In order to maintain peace, though, I always take a small portion and manage to get it down.

The potato is so versatile that it goes just about anywhere. On the other hand, it’s hard to beat the simple pleasure of a baked potato.

If I have to choose, let it be creek bank potatoes.

It's a Norwegian flatbread made with mashed potatoes. Absolutely delicious.

20. We always just spread it with butter and sprinkled it with sugar while it was still warm and

rolled it up. It's even good cold. We had a little wood cook stove and my mom would cook it directly on the surface, just like a griddle. Lacking that, a dry cast iron skillet works well.
