They remind me of the critters in Australia after the huge fires there. They too overcame their fear of people to beg for water.
This is what global warming does, folks. And we've seen nothing yet. 😩

They must be absolutely parched! They both pretty much almost drank their own weight in water. If I lived around there, I would put out little cake tins of water everywhere for them to come and drink from when they felt safe. I hope that not many squirrels perished due to dehydration.
