They’re so ubiquitous here that it’s hard to imagine not seeing them.

I leave nuts out for them and I swear they know me. They're very smart birds and usually enjoy humans. They fly low above me when I come in most days.

Crows and ravens are very much able to distinguish individual humans, and they know who they like and dislike. Leaving out nuts is the perfect way to make friends with them.
