So my mom just had her final mortgage payment and now owns her house in full. I guess you can say it's a bit double edged since I sacrificed my savings of 10 years to help put her over the top. She was short 9500. But I transferred all I had in my savings with the exception of a few hundred extra she didn't need.
I guess this qualifies for good news right?

Because it would be good for you to have a little savings again. But this was such a wonderful thing you did. Your mother must feel very loved.
