She died in July of this year.
She never got in a box.

He was scared to death of it. At first.
After a couple of days, I saw him rolling all over it, cuddling it, carrying it around, snuggling with it, sleeping with it.
Now it is his best friend, and when the charge runs down, he yowls at me until I "fix" it.
Sure does...
