When I was in the USAF, one of the sergeants had some kind of huge lump on the back of his neck. It was about the size of half of a golf ball. He passed out one night and his buddies drew a pretty good 'have a nice day' happy face on it. It took him a while to figure out why everyone was laughing hysterically at him in the chow hall the next day.
