I think it's fascinating and a marvel of engineering, but underwater tunnels in general pretty much freak me out. Then again, so do bridges. I am a bit of an anxious person.

I'm not a fan of tunnels as it is, and the idea of underwater tunnels is especially disturbing - and you'd miss all that gorgeous scenery.

Whoever did the audio should have gotten a little instruction as to how to pronounce some of those locations. Stavanger isn't in France.

I think I read that higher education in Norway is free for everyone, even foreigners. Of course, you'd have to speak the language. I want to visit when the pandemic is over.
