I have to concur with what so many other replies say, that the picture looks like something from 1970. Instead, it's from the 1920s.

Silent film star Bessie Love was born in Midland in 1898. She was one of the stars who was able to make the transition to "talkies," and was, in fact, nominated for an Academy Award. She died at the age of 87 in London, England. For more click here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bessie_Love
