Hi everyone! Just wanted to briefly introduce myself. I’ve been an “observer” on DU for at least 8 years and recently got off my rear and came out of the shadows. I always appreciate the info everyone shares and HOW you all do it; I love that this is a safe place for people to express opinions and ask questions, and I’m excited to become part of the group! 🙂

Completely fine to ask! Having become more active politically in the last eight years, I’d like to keep learning and this seemed like a great place to do it! And, after having been a lurker for so long, I figured it was time to jump in head first.

stop there. maybe 1 more but 3 ppl is a very unstable group.

and the week before is a really fun fundraising event. You donate money to DU to keep it running so smoothly and you get to send hearts to whomever you choose. The hearts are anonymous but it's a great way to give money and tell someone you like them. Not only, when you donate there are no ads.
