I tested negative (COVID-19) !

Found out earlier this week a new coworker tested positive. They are currently working from home and will be fine but I was not happy to find out I would have to get tested. This person is of course someone whom I have overheard dismissing the severity of the pandemic and at least pre-Capitol attack was a Chump sympathizer.

My boyfriend is at risk so I have been trying to be careful for his (and my) sake, so I do not appreciate someone else putting us at risk. So I was very relieved to confirm last night that I tested negative (this was a lab test, not rapid).

since I first saw/read about it. I had a scare this week and almost had one, I ended up just quarantining from everyone, fortunately it was just a severe case of allergies.

Just kind of makes my eyes water for a minute. Discomfort, no pain. Every time I turn around, I'm taking one. 3 trips to the ER and it's normal to get one. Having minor office procedures and it's take another one.
My sweetie is an RN and works at a small assisted living place and gets one every week. They let her do her own swab. Not sure if I'd want to do my own. After a while it's no big deal and worth knowing if you have it or not.

Good luck

I had to have one last Sunday - scheduled cataract operation.

No pain, scrubbed around just inside. The pain is the wait. If I were positive, then so was the spousal unit.

Of course, negative and R&R'ed another body part Wednesday.
