I was a terrible napper even as a child and unless I'm majorly sick, I just can't do it. Husband used to be like me, but all of a sudden he takes naps (lucky dog). Sigh. OTOH, I do sleep better at night now, and have no trouble most mornings getting up early for our walk, so that's good.

health. I go back to bed in the morning around 8 then later in the day I might nap in my chair
for just a bit to refresh. I've heard that if possible it's good to nap with a friend. Oh well, ya
can't have everything!

7. Three to five is nap, reading, or Prime Video viewing.

Most often all three: I will read for awhile, watch Prime, and fall asleep. I function in stages.

But since my mid 20s, I have been a napper. On occasion I will go without but I now that I am retired, it's part of my daily routine.
