I saw Return to Forever 10 or so years back, and Chick Corea was absolutely amazing. He played every part of the piano, not just the keys. He even played on the strings inside with drumsticks. I was blown away.

The other three weren't slouches either. One of the best shows I've seen in terms of pure musicianship and creativity.

I remember being blown away the first time I heard his music.
My dad was a jazz pianist. Getting a pang of missing him.

is the collaboration between Chick Corea, Bobby McFerrin (conducting), and the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra, called the Mozart Sessions.

This loses a lot in digitization, but these joyous, somewhat idiosyncratic renderings of Mozart’s piano concertos No. 23 and 20 are a delight. The candenzas are wild, butI always imagine Mozart would have loved them.
