7. My daughter was a head strong toddler like that

We used to have huge battles about independence. Things like choosing clothes, buckling herself into the car, what she would eat, etc.

My stock phrase was ..."there will be days when this stubborn streak will serve you well. Today isn't one of them"

9. My daughter was just like this little girl.

It brought back memories of her literally insisting 2 plus 2 was 5.

And we used to fight about what clothes she would wear.
One day she went to pre-school in her pajamas.

2. Clever of mom to get little one to count to f0our. Too cute. I would have gotten her fingers and

counted those. But that was clever asking for four.
