My brown lab came to live with us when he actually was too young to be released. We had a 4yo yellow lab. The brown lab (male} was over 1yo before he started hiking leg to pee.. he was 'trained' by the female yellow lab.

Years later and just before we had to send her over the Rainbow Bridge.... I came home unexpectedly and found her laying on the sofa (wasn't permitted)... she gave me such a look I simply said Hi Girl and scratched her behind the ears I walked by.

To love another person is to touch the face of Dog!
