Not actually burritos per se; basically they are a large sushi wrap in the shape of a burrito.
Seaweed wraps serve as the "tortilla"; most places that serve them you can pick and choose your fish, as well as sauces, mix-ins (tempura flakes, wasabi peas, seaweed, etc.)
I was skeptical but very curious at first; but I am now a true believer when it comes to the Poke Burrito.

They also sell Poke Bowls, but I like the added advantage of having it all wrapped nicely together.
