do not need to be capitalized but I can’t resist. I have to capitalize them, it makes me feel better. Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter - I already feel better.

My junior high school, as they called Middle School in those ancient times, had a program where all the 7th graders went to "concentration camp" where we were drilled one hour a day for three months on all of the rules and applications of English. It was brutal but we mostly learned our language.
