I don't know if they have Nibs, but they have Cherry Mash, & Necco wafers, Bit-o-Honey, & some other candy I remember from when I was a kid.

I love black licorice. I always got all the black jelly beans at Easter.

Daily black licorice habit kills Massachusetts construction worker.

Eating a bag and a half every day for a few weeks caused the 54-year-old man’s heart to stop, doctors said.

Older people like me as a kid lived on, and still love, this stuff. Unfortunately, I found from my Mother and older Sister why I shouldn't partake of real licorice any longer.

The problem with real licorice is consumption of licorice can lead to dangerously high blood pressure and dangerously low potassium levels (hypokalemia). Licorice contains glycyrrhizinic acid, which sets off a well-understood chain reaction of biochemical events in the body resulting in high blood pressure.

And kids today do not like the word "moist," hard candies, jello, Nesquik, and more along with black licorice. Best bet is to go on-line an get "licorice flavored" or de-glycyrrhizinated black licorice.

I miss it!

There's a decent variety of Dutch and German liquorice as well as Australian.

Most liquorice sold in the US doesn't have any actual liquorice in it, though, so beware. It appears to be some sort of plastic and rubber industrial waste byproduct with added sugar.

The Walmart site I get ‘grocery delivery’ from has black licorice ‘Twizlers'.

The Smith’s grocery (Kroger) I use has ‘Panda Soft Black Licorice’.

My Target sells ‘Brach's Easter Black Jelly Bird Eggs’ and ‘Wiley Wallaby Black Licorice
Candy’

CVS sells ‘Gold Emblem Licorice Candy Bears’

Walgreens has 'Nice! Black Licorice’

Get the picture ?

this is a valid question. Black licorice is nowhere to be found where I live. There is a very expensive British black licorice my store sells, but it's not the same.

and still like it but have actually come to really love Red licorice. Twizzlers? NOT LICORCE! Twizzlers are something entirely different. Every now and again I can find some real licorice at Tractor Supply Company up by the check out.

I always eat the black gum drops and jelly beans. I do miss having it around and licorice gum! Mmmmmmm.

Wiley Wallaby is made in USA, and I suspect it has a ton of ingredients She Who Must be Obeyed would object to, but for a dollar a pop, what the heck.

I really enjoy black licorice in moderation.

for some crazy reason I began getting a hankering for the old time candies. Bonomo Turkish Taffy, Log Cabin Fudge, Nibs. MalloCups and a few others.

Jeez, I hope this isn't a side effect from the vax.
