Anyone else experience "vaccine arm" days after first Moderna dose?

https://www.kivitv.com/news/notice-a-strange-rash-days-after-getting-the-covid-19-vaccine-experts-say-its-a-good-thing

Day 8, right on schedule for this wonderful reaction. Nice red rash at the injection site, hot to the touch and a little itchy. Thankfully, it’s really nothing to worry about and it should go away in about a week. Nice to know my body is doing its job. How many other delicate flowers are out there with this reaction?

The back of my head and neck. My back and upper legs. Felt like chiggers. Miserable.

The person administering the shot said she’s seen all kinds of emotional reactions.

The info paper I received with my first Moderna shot said to watch out for a rash that extended to other body parts besides the arm and report it.

Might want to mention it to your primary care person before getting the second one.

My sore arm started within 20 minutes after the first Moderna shot and got steadily worse over the next few hours. It was a burning sensation, like being inflamed. But there was no rash. Stiff and sore from elbow to shoulder for two days, then fine. Can't even see where the injection site was. Second shot in two weeks.

I marked the red to see if it grew. Took up my whole upper arm. Two days and it was gone. Really weird. I was told a light allergic reaction and they had just been notified about it and put the second shot in the other arm. No problem second shot and has been like 3 weeks.

Scalp was itching like crazy. This is a common allergic reaction for me.
The itching went away in an hour, but the dizzy, brain fog is still here two weeks later.

My arm was quite sore for several days.

Yesterday I seemed somewhat better and that was two weeks after the 2nd Moderna shot.

Within a couple of hours of second shot I had moderate to severe dizziness that last about an hour.

I am drug sensitive and always get weird side effects, so overall I am pleased that worse did not happen.
But the brain fog needs to go!

I didn't realize that some of the after effects could hit so late. I had a really untypical, for me, headache about 5 days after my 2nd Pfizer jab. Just a constant, dull ache that lasted for a couple of days. Nothing touched it. Then I woke up, Thursday morning, and it was gone. I have no idea if it was related, or just a weird headache.

Shoulder still aches three weeks later. May be it just aggravated the existing issues with joint inflammation in that shoulder, immune system was already trying to fire on nine cylinders there.

Days after the first injection, my spouse suddenly grew this large "bump" at the injection site. It was about 3 inches in diameter, and about a half inch thick at the center. It took most of the week to go away. Second shot, no bump at all.

Sore arm for the first day and all night, slight headache and a metallic taste in my mouth. Next day, after coffee, soreness went away mostly and was a little less energetic.

This last Thursday, though, I awoke with a mild fever and vomiting/diarrhea, mild headache. Fever was gone by evening but I took four naps during the day. Haven't had much of an apetite since then but so far no other digestive problems.

I hope that's the worst of it and I hope the next shot isn't so bad. I hate getting sick like that, it takes a couple days to recover from the vomiting part.

Even with all of that, I'll take that rather than getting the actual virus.

but I have been having idiopathic itching and hives elsewhere for about a week or so. I do tend to have it in the winter anyway, but this year it didn't start until about a week after the shot. I think it is probably coincidence but who knows?

they're jabbing an 1 1/2" into arms. I'm thinking they're hitting bone. No wonder peoples arms hurt. I would think a 1/2" into the arm would be deep enough.
