(34,112 posts)our hair. It was such a thing. It may still be but since I watch TV in such a different way I don't see it and we don't have magazines like we used to. I remember most of them too.
I always liked the add with the pollution problem. It was a really nice ad to look at.

every one of those shampoos and conditioners. I didn't color my hair or use any kind of post-shower sprays because I did and do hate product on my hair. Hair stylists hate me.

(5,810 posts)She had what she called Squirrel Hair that was a dishwater blonde. If memory serves me, you sprayed it on your hair and then sat out in the sun. It did lighten your hair somewhat. Nothing like a heavy duty bleach, but it did give a sun streaked look which was popular at the time.
