I know this is a minor annoyance compared to what many are experiencing, but.......

I am getting fed up with Town House Original Crackers

These have been my go to crackers for probably 20 years, I'm ready to ditch them and go back to Ritz.

Almost every single box I buy, at least 1/3 of the crackers are broken and in crumbs. If they're really bad, like an entire sleeve of crackers are broken I've taken them back for an exchange.

What makes me sad is they were never like this. Rarely did I get a box with ANY broken crackers. So Kellogg's has either changed the recipes, maybe cut back on an ingredient that makes them less fragile, or the boxes are not as sturdy and therefore the crackers are more vulnerable.

Anyway, anyone else like Town House crackers and experiencing the same thing?

and express your displeasure to them through their customer service number or their facebook page. I suspect that they will try to do something for you to provide you with some remedy.

And big companies generally are very protective of their social media in order to maintain a good public image. A complaint there goes a long way.

crackers I've brought, so I stuck w/ them. I was irritated at the larger than usual number of broken crackers, so I definitely agree w/ you that this issue does irk a person when it happens to them. I've also tried the crackers that Aldi's has, I can't recall what they are called. Good luck!

I no longer buy them. I am beginning to love black pepper Triscuits. They don’t fall apart.
