Shes only 2 yrs old, found in a dumpster in Bávaro (Dominican Republic).
There are folks who come here, decide to stay, get a pet, etc. then ABANDON them in the streets when they decide to move on. 🤬
Anyway, were taking her in. Weve named her Elsa.

And when new people meet her and learn that she's deaf their first reaction is sadness. What they don't realize is that she doesn't know anything else and she has an excellent quality of life, is loved to the moon and back, and understands our own kind of sign language. There's no real impairment at all.
