Security Camera software question.

We upgraded our system to IP Cameras and now we're in need in of a simple PC software to view Live and Playback clips. I'm perfectly happy to have the main NVR be the center hull, where we add or remove cameras, but I would like to be able to access the cameras with the PC through LAN and WAN.

I have read enough reviews of Blue Iris to know that it might not work. There are a few 8MP cameras and the reviews says it's too sluggish. I have few needs. Just an easy way to run through motion detection clips and the ability to magnify the video. Note, this is not Pan and Zoom. Just magnifying sections of the software.

Let's see, it needs to work with Windows 10. Any suggestions?

And you go thru their app to connect. If I want to see live or playback on my PC, there is a web link I go to and then watch thru my browser. There is a $4 monthly sub charge for this.
