1. There's a scene I go through about 10 times each winter

2. Been there. Done that. And more.

One time I watched the guy maneuver to get a bigger push of ice and snow, and he laughed as he pushed it at my driveway. With me standing there. I thought I must be hallucinating until my neighbor came running over, telling me he'd just seen the ploy guy do the same thing to another neighbor, who had just finished clearing their driveway.

And, yes, I filed a complaint. They told me there's nothing they could do. However, it never happened again so maybe they did take care of the problem.

Also woke up, one morning, to find a 12+ inch high and wide berm of ice and snow piled up in front of the driveway, after they came by in the middle of the night. I was out there, at 4am, trying estimate how much I'd have to remove so I could squeeze my car out of the driveway and get to work. That afternoon I had to use an axe to chop through the compacted nightmare, before I could move it aside. In retrospect, I probably could have made a nice igloo out of it.
