Organizing family photos dating back to the 1890s. It's crazy.

Took 5 1/2 days. I threw away thousands. And I have no desire to look at the ones I saved until 10 years from now.



Of course, when my Mom dies I'm going to inherit her collection, duplicates and all. And I'll get to it all over again.

Still need to go through and check for duplications, identify, change some dates. I threw away a ton of duplicate originals, and those which were severely degraded but still have boxes of originals that are organized by date. (My son didn't want me to throw away originals at all) so he has to store them. I will download onto drives to save and give to other family members. It was a HUGE project!
