My favorites are cubed pork tenderloin cooked with poblanos in a pork gravy or chicken poblano stew (which is really a tomato infused chili without beans, served over polenta).

Need the "Other" option.

When I make chili now, I use fresh tomatoes, dried beans that I cook, ground beef, okra, onions, garlic and peppers in any form I have handy. I use half the beans I used to, and get 4 servings of chili from a batch.

I like okra and tomatoes cooked together. I like the chili with okra in it. not to everyone's taste, but I tired it and liked it.

You cannot beat it.
I used to build a batch of chili from scratch and it was damn good chili.
Then one of my Texas brothers-in-law told me about WICK FOWLER'S.
Just try it.
Trust me.

The chili has spaghetti in it. Not a whole lot just enough you know it is there.

It is fairly good chili for canned. Vietti.
